Life is only your problems... Everyone has problems... Living life is how you handle those problems.
If you let your problems bring you down, then you'll only have a dim view of your life. Finding solutions for those problems provide a feeling of success and brings the happiness we all continue to look for.

Yes, I believe that everything happens for a reason. I'm sorry to hear of your hard times and will keep you in my prayers.
Remember however, there is always someone, somewhere who has it worse. We always have something to be thankful for rather than complain about. Such as I'll bet right now you have a roof over your head. Somewhere in your town, somebody is sleeping on a park bench or in a car.
In Charity,

Everything happens for a reason. It is not pre-destined but happens because of our choices and the consequences of those choices.
I love the scripture in Corinthians that says, "there hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to men" ... and God will not allow us to be tempted or tried above that which we are able to overcome.
I truly believe this and personally know how hard it is to see except in hind sight. There is good and a lesson in every trial if we take it upon ourselves to look for it.

Romans 8:28...All things work together for good to those who love the Lord. Remember that God will not test you no more than you can be tested, and will always give you a way of escape. When you see a shiney and polished stone, remember the sand paper, and tubbling it had to go through before it could shine. There is always a purpose and a reason to why things happen in our lives. The lord wants to see you grow strong, and if you, as a caterpiller in your cacoon has someone to come and help you out of it, your wings would not gain strength to fly once you got out of your tight situation, and you would die soon after, but God loves us so much he lets us learn and gain strength thru hard times but we are never alone.

I don't believe everything happens for a reason but I do think that being unhappy at one point will always lead to being happy later, happiness seems to come from improvement of some sort, when I'm down being normal again seems so much better, in order for there to be good there must be bad otherwise good can not exist, that's why spoiled people are so hard to please

If God is so good, why do bad things happen to his people?read Romans 5:1-5
Sickness, war, accidents, natural disasters, tragedies__ they come to the just and the unjust, the Christian and the non-Christian, the moral and the immoral. Yet, if God is so good and all-powerful, why doesn't he just wipe out evil things in this world? This question often arises after any tragedy, but especially when it affects people who you would think should be "immune" to such things.
In addressing this question, it is important to remember that God originally created the world perfect. But he also gave man the freedom to obey or disobey. When Adam sinned, death and suffering became an inevitable part of life. Yet as the Christian thinker C.S. Lewis observed, it is idle for us to speculate about the origin of of evil. The problem we all face is the fact of evil. "The only solution to the fact of evil is God's solution, Jesus Christ.
How is Jesus Christ the solution to the fact of evil? The moment you surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, you entered into the master plan that God has for you. Though it is true that you may not know what the future holds, you know who holds the future. And he has promised that all things are going smoothly. But when something unexpected comes into the picture, we may wonder if God is paying attention. That is when we need to realize that God is painting on a large canvas. He is looking at the big picture. We only see what is in front of us at the given moment.
God will allow many events to come into our life, good things, bad things, things that make sense, things that make no sense at all. But every one of these incidents in our lives serves as a part of his plan for us. Tragedy in itself is not good. But God can take tragedy and hardship and use them for his glory. As God's children, we know that everything that that happens to us first goes through his screen of protection. And he will never give us more than we can handle (see 1 Corinthians 10:13). for that reason we can follow the advice in verse 3 and rejoice. We have the assurance that God is working in our lives to strengthen and develop our character. More important, he will never leave our side(see Hebrews 13:5).

Read about Karma statistically keeping generally positive leads you to good things happening.
Look 5 years down the road looking back at the problems you have now. The different perspective can show you a better way.
Terrible things happen- it is how you deal with them and the decisions you now make that determines a better life.
No bible based on fear necessary, just common sense

There is definitely a finality to all problems and all things work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose. We are not able to see the future as God can see the future and we are not aware of some of the things in our lives that God is working out sometimes through suffering of our flesh. It is sometimes a very hard thing to be comforted knowing God loves us all and is working toward a day when we are with him in paradise the prize is not this world but the wonderful kingdom which is to come. Some medicine is not tasteful to our sinful flesh but is good for us none the less. God Bless You. You are in my prayers,

This is a lot different then (everything is meant to be and things happen for a reason...)
Check it out.
Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose
This means that all things good and bad will be worked together by our Father for our good.
I felt like you do when my wife died. It has come to be a huge witness in my life to the glory and power of GOD. It took a few years but has definitely been a tragic nightmare turned blessing.

Things do happen for a reason. It's a known fact.
However, I do not believe that everything is meant to be. I do not believe in destiny. Most things can be altered by choice, possibilities, and the science of chaos.

I don't know that everything has a reason (outside of the reason each of us gives that thing), but just about everything I can think of happens for a reason. Naturally, spiritually, metaphysically, emotionally, everything has a cause (at least, in my opinion). Roll with it, enjoy what you can when you can, and be proactive to change, if that's what you need.
