The term Christ means "anointed" and is not a name. It was given to the mythological "son" ( actually the SUN) by Roman politicians. As such, "Jesus" and "Christ" are both names for a mythological ideal, not an actual person. There is no record of a real person named Jesus having ever existed, so this question refers to Christian mythology, not to historical fact.
If you would like to know the truth of the name Jesus and Christ and where this fiction got started and why it still exists, you can. Watch the movie "Zeitgeist" which you can download for free. The first segment of the film is exclusively devoted to this interesting phenomenon and provides many details of the myth. You can also learn that this particular sect of sun-worshiping astrology is not unique. The Christian version is identical to many other Pagan religions and is a direct plagiarization of them.
Watch Zeitgeist for an entertaining education in just a few short minutes.

Jesus did not seek anyone's approval. He came to do the will of his Father.

Jesus did what his father told him to do. He did not need the approval of anyone else. You should read all the chapters of Proverbs I think you will find them interesting. There is a lot of wisdom written there.

Ooooo, he was relentless! lol I still can't stop laughing at some of the things he did, especially those poor Pharisees!
This is one of my favorites:
11And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
12And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:
13And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.
14And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.
Can you imagine the look on the priests faces as they watched the ten lepers walking up to them? If one of them were touched, they would have been rendered unclean until purified.
He said that he was not after human praise. And I believe Him.

Jhn 5:19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise

Jesus did what his Almighty Father told him to do but also minded his Mother as was shown at the wedding in Cana.
The wine ran out and his Mother asked Him to take care of it. He told her that his time had not yet come...but he turned water into wine, thereby honoring and obeying his Mother as well.
In His Love,
J

Jesus always did the will of the Father as we are also to subject our flesh to the spirit.
