Such things do happen. Violating the Christian Virtue of Chastity is a sin indeed. If you knew it was a sin before you committed it, it's going to be a far more serious sin than if you committed it in ignorance.
Are you a bad Christian because of this sin? It all depends. . . Have you repented from committing the sin? Have you sought absolution (forgiveness) for it through the Sacrament of Reconciliation? This is what a good Christian does.
Have you learned a valuable lesson from the sin, and consciously choose not to committ the sin again? That is what an even better Christian does.
Everybody sins. It's what you do in the wake of sinning that makes you a good or bad Catholic Christian.

fornication is a serious sin. You must repent of this sin, and promise the Lord that you will never do this again. Ask the Lord to grant you the gift of chastity. If you are Catholic, go to confession and complete the penance that the priest prescribes for you.
"Go in peace, and sin no more."

You are not a bad Catholic woman. Or a bad Christian.
Saying this I have to hope you are serious about your partner. A committed loving relationship is very different than a drunken or mean fling.
So no sin - yet.
Just PLEASE please use every type of protection available if your partner is a man, (a baby would not be a blessing at this point in your life - it sounds like, by the age in your tone) - and talk more about this subject to your partner, not strangers - BOTH of you need to use protection and be serious about this. I would also like to state not to trust the pill alone. Also condoms break. Oh, listen to facts!
If you have no feelings for your partner then your sinning.
As you lied, cheated, and took advantage of another person emotions. If done in spite or anger to hurt another you hurt 3 people, maybe more. If drunk you hurt yourself more than your partner.
You probably need to talk to an educated person; these are my thoughts.
Talk to your parents would be a good idea too. And your partners parents also.

I forgot 2 issues: the break-up, and your reputation
That's why you need to talk to your mother at least. If it's a bad break-up - it can be very bad.

Everyone makes mistakes. We are all born into sin here on earth. I was married twice and they were both failed marriages. I have never been in any successful relationship and I had no clue what I was doing wrong. I really starting on focusing on God's word and what it boils down to is this. The reason why I never succeeded in any realtionship is because God will not bless anyone who goes against God's rules. In God's rules they is no moving in with a partner until marriage and same goes with sexual. Including oral. It does not mean your a bad person either. We just have to learn the right way with God. I have done so much changes for Jesus and I am getting so mnay blessings and I know for a fact that God will give me a man who will cheish me and treat me right. In both marriages I was abused. What I did was really ask God what he wanted me to do in my life. Listen to your heart. Whenever you get in doubt then wait. God gives you signs.Don't ignore them.

This section is always filled with so much anti-Catholic rhetoric. Oh well, God loves them, too..no matter how much they don't like the faith : )))
To answer the question you asked, no you are neither a bad Catholic or Christian--you are a fallible human like the rest of us. If you are remorseful, go to confession. If you know that you are going to continue doing it, don't go because absolution is only absolute if you ask for forgiveness with the intent of not doing it again.

This is a serious sin, a mortal sin, but if you truly repent, confess your sin, and receive absolution in the Sacrament of Penance, you can be forgiven and become a good Catholic again. You must firmly resolve to amend your life and live chastely.
God bless you.

It is a sin if you believe it is. It doesn't make you a bad person or a bad catholic. You are not the first or the last person to do this, so don't torment yourself with this. There are far worst things that are considered sins. Don't think of it as having sex, but think of it as making love...and like Nash said, love is not a sin.

In gods eye's a sin is a sin, yes you sinned but jesus christ died on the cross to forgive you of those sins. Just repent and let the lord know that you're sorry and all will be forgiven, and since you're catholic i recommend confession.

Look.. before you ask any question let me tell you summin... never ever regret what you've done... it's all part of life and u're just like this enthusiastic kid exporing it to the max... take responsibility of your actions and never regret it..
all through your life you will encounter people who will try and make you to make a stereotype your role model.. religion is there to protect you.. to keep you from doing bad things to other people.. having sex is a part of love-making and the omnipotent God is not against and will not be against something that brings two humans together in divine order...
I would say you're too cool for your age and you're a wonderful person willing to try out new things... So... in my opinion... I don't think and others will back me up here.... you have sinned a bit..
If you've sinned then it's in doubting if the Lord would ever not forgive you.. he died for all our sins.... he forgave us all.... ALREADY!!!
Good day.

Fornication is listed in the Bible as one of the sins that will prevent you from entering the Kingdom of God.
