. I see you Posted this problem on another YA.
IF 'Phoneout' is part of Yahoo, why don't you call or email them?
"...December 8, 2005

Yahoo said yesterday that a new version of its Yahoo! Messenger software (http://voice.yahoo.com/) to be launched in the next few days will include "Phone Out," (eerily similar to SkypeOut) with low per-minute charges for PC-to-phone calls, and "Phone In," a low-cost monthly subscription service for phone callers to call computer users via a traditional PSTN phone number.
What makes this news really interesting is that Yahoo said it plans to charge one cent per minute to Yahoo Messenger users . " ...etc.
"...Prepaid Amounts for Phone Out must be redeemed through Yahoo! Communications USA Inc. and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, exchanged, transferred, replaced with or without a fee if lost, stolen or destroyed, or used for payment of any other services. No service or dormancy fees are applied to Prepaid Amounts. Phone Out is open only to users of legal age in the U.S. " ...
... YOU are NOT in the USA, are you?
