You are confusing two different problems. The hole in the ozone layer caused by freon based chemicals and certain other things is/was located over the North and South Poles and let more high power radiation in to damage DNA, etc.
Global warming is presumed to be due to gases all over the world holding in more heat and raising average temps.

The hole you mean is a hole in the ozone layer, which is above the earth's polar regions, and was NOT caused by global warming. Said hole in the ozone layer was, scientists speculate, caused by the release of excessive CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons) in the air by such things as aerosol cans and AC fluid.

Global warming is caused by excessive carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, which traps heat that otherwise would be released into space.

the "hole" is at the ozone layer, where so much radiation comes in that the ozone layer can't keep it out.
