I had a quesadilla aka cheese crisp. Glass of milk and some Nilla wafers. (actually eating the wafers right now)

my mom made stuffed chicken with vegetables on the side. we usually don't have such a normal meal, but it was good.

*** I went to the local Panda Xpress and had a 2 entre dinner combo with some fried rice, Mongolian beef and mandarin chicken. really nice * for later I bought on Trader Joe's a nice piece of white chocolate that I will eat will watching some TV

I worked until 7 and I can't eat a meal that late so I just had a slice of whole wheat toast with cream cheese and grape jelly and a cup of tea.

I had a 64oz steak and a big bowl of mac and cheese. What I was hungry and I got 100 bucks for eating all of that.

I had a large salad of romaine,cucumber,tomato,onion,and carrots with beets. Balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Also a salmon fillet w/blackened seasoning. Yum...

I made chicken pot pie, rolls and a cold glass of milk.
My husband had seconds, and is eating the rest tonight-he hardly ever eats leftovers!

I had fresh shrimp, caught yesterday, with sauteed
Anaheim peppers, garlic, onions and mushrooms, seasoned with garlic salt and old bay seasoning. Fresh corn on the cob and Sangiovese wine. AWESOME!!!
