So why are you judging right now? Before we can point our finger at another person and tell them what they are doing is wrong we are to remove our own sin.
"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone". You and I both know Jesus is the only way to salvation. That is real for us. That is our truth. God has spoken to our souls and we have listened.
As a matter of fact, Christians do tend to judge a great deal because the true word of God is lost. Unfortunately, a few bad apples have ruined it for the few. But the same can be said with any other religion or denomination or culture. There are a lot of cultures out there very highly stereotyped and judged because of the mistakes of a few.
All we can do is keep pushing to remove our own sin....

Did you know that judgeing others is a sin?
No, what I know is that hypocritical judgment without mercy is a sin and that only the Lord can judge the hearts of people.
Matthew 7:5 You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.
1 Corinthians 5:9 I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people-- 10 not at all meaning the sexually immoral of this world, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world.
11 But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of sexual immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or swindler--not even to eat with such a one. 12 For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? 13 God judges those outside. "Purge the evil person from among you."
6:1 When one of you has a grievance against another, does he dare go to law before the unrighteous instead of the saints? 2 Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you incompetent to try trivial cases? 3 Do you not know that we are to judge angels? How much more, then, matters pertaining to this life!

The problem is so many non-believers and some christians as well look for any sin in a christians life to try to bring condemnation to their heart thus causing the guilt and us to sin and judge, and they can have something bad to say about us. Satan condemns us and God convicts us when we do something. Jesus is the supreme judge, you said it right! So lets not jugde one another, lest we be judged by God himself, and oh what a judgement we will see.

There is a difference between judging a person's action and judging them as a person.
For example, you can not like the fact that someone is committing adultery and say, "Adultery is a sin and that is wrong" but you can not judge the person and say "You are evil".
Jesus told us to condemn bad actions/sins but not to condem people.Never forget, "Hate the sin, Love the Sinner"
Not judging someone does not mean that you have to accept the sins that a person does but it always means that you continue to love the person as Christ told us to.

Not all types of judging is a sin. Just the criticle spirit judging that is based on self righteousness.
As Christians we discern many things. The Holy Spirit gives us the gift of discernment. And discernement is a form of judging.
But I agree with you that Christians don't judge & decide who goes to heaven. If I ask the Lord in prayer if someone I love is in heaven with the Lord, the Lord gives me assurance my loved one is in heaven with the Lord. If I don't get that assurance, then usually the person is in a place of rest. Few I have asked God about is in hell fire. One I believe is in hell fire (not because of my judgment) is Hitler.

sounds like judging to me. it seems to me that the way you have understood this, it is impossible for you to avoid being a hypocrite. you think that it means absolutely don't judge people, but you can't avoid that. everyone does it, all you can do is pretend that you don't notice yourself doing it.
judge not, lest ye be judged.
in other words, if you indulge in judgement (which you are doing) then you must be prepared to be judged in return (which is what is happening here). i'm prepared for you to think that satan is warping my thoughts - i'm not sure though why you're so sure that your own thoughts really are your own.

Since judging others is a necessary part of business, to claim that it is a sin is silly.
