My recommendation is an aerobic exercise 5 times per week lasting one hour at a stretch. If your heart rate is the same, all of the exercises will produce the same results.
Swimming - Has the advantage of cooling the body, removing excess heat. Good if you have some extra fat.
Biking - Good if you can monitor and keep your heart rate up and you do not become overheated.
Running - Good if you do not have knee or joint problem. Good if you do not become overheated.
If the weather is good, I don't think it matters. You should choose the sport that you can integrate into your daily routine and enjoy.

Believe it or not, swimming tends to make weightloss difficult due to the body's need for fat in order to be bouyant. Running is horrible on the joints...you'll appreciate that point more whe you become older. Biking works the muscles without banging your joints.

swimming is the most complete excersice, but I've tried it and everytime i jump into the pool i like to play and i dont excersise :p ...so I would say running!! it is sooo hard to run but anyone can get used to it and it will give you really good results..... it will keep you healthy, make your legs stronger, give you a better condition, and if you are planning to lose weight it will make you lose that weight....
