I believe so. As far as the sex change operation in the handbook---there's a difference between transgenders and hermaphodites. Hermaphrodites often have to get one of the genitals removed because its not fully formed and can be cancerous. In other words, hermaphrodites are in a different situation than transgenders as they often have to have the surgery for medical reasons. I'm sure each case is different, but I'd be surprised if a hermaphrodite who was obeying the other rules of the church wouldn't be allowed to be baptized....

I am not a Mormon, so my answer may not be official. The number of hermaphrodites born is very low. This is not their fault and I don't see a reason for them to be excluded from a church - beit Mormon or a historical Christian one.

There could be a problem if one sex is dominant early on but then you change to the other via a medical proceedure. The Church Handbook of Instructions specifically states that those who are considering a transsexual operation should not be baptized and those who have undergone one have to get permission from a mission president (along with murderers, and former homosexuals) to get baptized.

Not sure. Even though that's a physical defect that isn't the person's fault...apparently physical matters to their leaders-- until a few decades ago, black people weren't allowed to become members.
