What a coincidence! I was about to ask the same question. i was giving it serious thought today.
Some Christians describe it the way Dante would with festering boils and burning tar poured down your parched throat for eternity as imps disembowel you with rusty forks and rats gnaw on your entrails. They must think God's a sick, sick individual to envision and allow such eternal torment.
Other Christians try to soften this. They say that Hell is just ceasing to exist. Well, that's not bad at all. I wouldn't mind that. Literally.
Others say that Hell isn't all these tortures, it's just seperation from God. Well this is the one I was wondering about. Do we get bodies there or just spirits? If no bodies, then there should be no hunger, no struggle for scarce resources. There's food there, right? if not, or at least the opportunity to grow our own if we need it, then eternal starvation would be the worst part.
But if it's just sort of like earth but no True Christians and the guarantee that that was the life we had for all eternity then I have to say that I'm looking forward to it.
See, I'd seek out my friends. I'd seek out also all the engineers and agronomists and architects and others who could band together and create very nice communities. No God, but plenty of loving each other and caring for each other and study and games and debate and everything else that would fill up daily life for eternity.
I have no god now and I have a humanist morality that, applied in the afterlife by the millions like me, would lead to a fine life. Maybe life with God would be better, but we wouldn't know since we wouldn't see it. So given what we did know, Hell sounds like a great opportunity to build a very nice culture and society. I'd be looking forward to it if I thought it was a real possibility. Alas, I don't. Thanks for asking!

Heaven and Hell is on earth...just look around and you will see that there is more to life than basing your life on a book that you don't really know if it is true! It is always good to respect your fellow human and look after mother earth and that is all that should be more important than any book :-)

News Flash...most people have better things to "imagine" than "hell". Shift your focus to something more positive and see what happens in your life!

That is uppermost folowed closey with remembering every sermon that you heard , and every oppertunity to com to Christ and you did not. That is much more fearful than even the thought of never ending fire. I believe memory is the worst of torment. My prayer is that nobody ever has to face this.
