Yes and its usually me because i usually work overnights and dont get crap and get to hear everyone always talking about that great lunch they had catered the other day, blah blah blah. So if me and it are in the building at the same time, I'm on it like stink on poo. But that is once a month, not often. Personally if it was ALWAYS me Id be embarrassed and stop. Tell the person you can tell they need the food more than everyone else judging by the size of their derriere . . . that usually curbs the ole appetite.

Your question is unclear and I could better answer if it were better written.....I am assuming you think someone at work takes too much of free food brought in by another co-worker?
Some people you can't change - they simply have no manners - but - the food could also be cut into portions and put a note saying "small single servings only - so everyone in the office can enjoy!"

When food comes in to the office for everyone - there is a father and son that work there that literally dive into the food up to their elbows. We all laugh at them and tell eachother that we'd better hit the food before they get to it - before the 'feeding frenzy' begins.

Have a suprise meal. Chatter and findout what they don't like, and for a few days have food brought in they dislike.
