I am a college student who ALWAYS sleeps in.

Here is the deal:
On Mondays and Wednesdays I don't have class until 12
On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have class at 9am.
In addition, I am a waitress working until 12am on some weekdays and until 2am on weekends.

Should I wake up at the same time everyday and try to get into some routine? What time should I plan on?

Do you have any advice that can help me?

As one who has spent at least 10 years in university study, I can tell you an incredibly powerful and yet incredibly simple answer that I knew was true when I was in college and moreso now I've been thrice graduated from universities. Get enough sleep. This means sleep that has not brought on by alcohol or drugs. It means good, clean sleep. If you need an alarm clock as "hottotrot1" says, well, that's always a smart idea. It's also a good idea to have your priorities in order. If you think going to a college / university is just a fun time that mommy or daddy pays for, well, you're lost before you begin. If you realize that college / university is the beginning of a working life wherein you have to start proving your worth before anybody's going to pay you a dime, well, then you're beginning to go in the right direction on your priorities. You may still need an alarm clock, as I did, but at least you're headed in the right direction. God Bless you.

you say you have a sleeping problem but you probably dont. Its just because your body isn't used to going to sleep at a decent time like 11pm. Try getting a good book or watching tv in bed from about 10pm, with no lights on, no computer etc, maybe with a hot chocolate or something. This should make you feel slightly sleepier and allow you to wind down before you go to sleep. If you still canot do this then start by going to bed an hour earlier than you are used to every night. The reason you cannot wake up earlier is because you are only having 2-3 hours sleep! its mad no wonder! I literally fall asleep during the day if I have less than 6 one night. Maybe if you do truly believe you have a sleep problem, go to the chemist to see if they have anything in there that can help you sleep, or see the doctor.

9am is early for you??!?!??
I had 3 hour labs starting at 7:45am some semesters in college. Most of my required courses were only offered at 8am.

Try and setup your working schedule to possibly get home earlier before your "early" class.

Get an alarm clock, set it loud, and put it as far away from your bed as possible so you don't just hit the snooze button.

Set up a secondary alarm clock as well (cell phone works for this)

A routine is always best but isn't always possible. On nights when I can only sleep 4 or so hours I tell myself that I'm just taking a nap, sleep sitting up in a chair, and with a bright light on. It has worked so far.

It depends on how formal the class is and how lenient the professor is. I have I have a teacher (I am still in high school), but I had a first hour class with him (most classes start in second hour) but on fridays would go to class in our pajamas, and he would let us out 5 minutes early to get ready. That way we could sleep in a little longer in the morning.
