I was pondering Em Adjineri's latest study ( http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070827183436AAqMeMa&r=w&pa=FZptHWf.BGRX3OFMiTxXVrg.GZpXHyzde3LlQXE0nwA_op4rgI2ddv9O2GSmMaeR_Chk_atIGyCCK8p7rg--&paid=answered#F8MmCze7VGV0DnGkhcTX9PdcmJI570qoBWXXp80.glaXcjQ515mh ), and something occurred to me. According to the highly respected and brilliant Kirk Cameron, bananas are the perfect shape for our hands, since God designed them to be. (That's also why the snake got into the garden of eden, god was busy on the bannana) In addition, we all know that monkeys like bananas. This is fact. Not some stupid theory. But bananas also fit perfectly in the hands of monkeys. Which means that monkeys must really be related to humans, since bananas are designed for humans. Since evolution is just a theory, how do we creationists account for this? I was thinking that maybe monkeys were Adam and Steve's love child all deformed and whatnot. What say you? Monkeys+Bananas=Evil-ution?

Bo- What if my decision was to believe that everyone who wasn't white deserved to be killed? Is that tolerable? These people ignore the best evidence in order to stand by dogma. They have a right to believe it, I'll concede that, but they also think that it is equally meritorious to real explanations, and deserves to be taught along side said explanations. That is not okay. If you are a citizen of the United States, you should know exactly what I am talking about.

Bo- I see from your profile that you are not a resident of the US. In case you aren't aware, these people are trying, and to a disgusting degree succeeding, in having creationism taught alongside evolution in the classroom. Their position is without merit. The absolute last place it belongs is the classroom. If I am mocking anyone, it's MY entire nation. We have the lowest acceptance of evolution in the industrialized nation in the world, second only to turkey, an Islamic state. All pretenses of secularism in America are on the verge of being shed. That should disgust any rational person, religious or not.

Monkey + Banana = A monkey with a full stomach

Notice that modern bananas were actually bred to be that way due to human intervention. Apparently the first version of a banana wasn't good enough for us.

I say, if you want to be respected, respect the beliefs of others.
( Even if you think them ridiculous. )
I don't find it humorous that you are mocking others personal, individual decisions that they have made to believe a certain way.
