I JUST FARTED AND MY ASSHOLE SPLIT , AND ITS ALL BLOODY , SHOULD I CALL 911?

If your expelling blood from any of your parts and its still bleeding, i think you should take yourself to the hosptial or walk in clinic. I dont think you need 911 unless you are gushing blood... provided you arent a female on your period. In which case dont worry.
It could just be a scab of some sort. Try to angle a mirror to see whats really going all. For all you know... there is a tiny dry spot that has cracked and started to bleed. Try to stay calm until you can get the whole story
