Creole Dipping Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup creole mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice, to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons creole seasoning, to taste
Mix Creole mustard with the mayonnaise to taste.
Add lemon juice to taste. Add Creole spices to taste Refrigerate for about 1 hour.

***Also wonderful on seafood!!!

The dipping sauce used for spring rolls - it's a bit spicy; a dill dip made with mayo and sour cream; french onion soup mix dip; honey mustard sauce; plain tomato sauce.

Love the dill dip idea. My girlfiend also used to bring carrots with lemon pepper sprinkled on them to school. They were yummy.

However, my favorite topping for carrots is...salt. (Sorry, I'm from the South!! We even salt lemons here.)

I like a simple cheese sauce. melt butter in a sauce pan, with equal parts flower, then add milk or cream, cook till it becomes thick, then add any type of cheese you want.

Honey,mustard with lemon juice or vinegar .
Beaten natural yogurt with chopped herbs of choice ,season & beat once again.

I mix sour cream, thawed frozen spinach (squeeze it dry), chopped water chestnuts and Knorr dry veggie soup mix.
Great with any raw veggies!!!!

YOU CAN MAKE LOTS OF DIFFERENT ONES WITH MAYONNAISE. JUST ADD EITHER CRUSHED GARLIC OR CHILI KETCHUP. EVEN BBQ SAUCE.
