I need some new music for my ipod. Normally I listen to alternative rock and indie music but it's not upbeat enough to workout to. Tonight I listened to The Way I Are by Timbaland and even though I normally hate that kind of music it's good to workout to. Any other suggestions?

The Black Eyed Peas - their "Monkey Business" CD has a lot of good tracks with quick beats on them. The songs are not vulgar or anything...it's what you'd hear in a club. I love getting on the treadmill to that!

You can find some good fast paced techno or ambient music out there if your into that. I like some of coldplays faster songs along with radiohead and the flaming lips.

I usually listen to MEST or New Found Glory when I workout. I forget I'm even working out when I start to sing a long.

I prefer to workout without music. The reason so I can concentrate on the pain. Pushing it to the limit hurts and rules, but it pays big dividends.
