If you mention used to masturbate meaning that the desire to do so is less or now absent, you might consult a doctor to see the reasons why. Abrupt loss of weight with hot flashes sounds thyroidic but you would not have the increased fat.
The accumulated fat in the hest and buttocks happens with the deposition of fat and those are two key areas but if this is related to hormone imbalance or deficiency in the pituitary it would be up to a doctor to see if there was any connection. Prolactin in excess might cause an overabundance of adipose or fatty tissue and that is produce in the pituitary, but that is a shot in the dark.
Your statement as being recognised as a male but not liking the way you look may suggest an over abundance of estrogen
which would promote the development of fatty tissue as occurs in women and a larger percentage of fat to muscle. That might explain your lack of muscle tissue and little hair on the face too. On the other hand plenty of healthy young men have little facial hair and fat distributed in the chest and buttocks. I would have a blood test taken to rule out any endocrine tumor growths or the deprivation of testosterone which could be a cause of hot flashes. Lack of testosterone also parallels loss of secondary sexual characteristcs and the greater fat to muscle ratio found in females than males. All this of course is speculationas far as you are concerned. You should see a good doctor for a checkup and some tests.

A real visit, face to face with a certified doctor will help you much more than someone on the internet.

What does masturbation have to do with anything? Its good for you.
