Why would anyone refuse treatment for tuberculosis? Thats just mind boggling to me that anyone with a positive TB test would refuse to take the antibiotics for treatment. What do you think they are thinking?

Most people are not that stupid. Some of them are. You'd be amazed by the number of mentally ill and mentally retarded people who somehow convince health care professionals that they are competient to make decisions on their own. Sad really. Then there is always the super-radical religious groups who do not believe in modern medicine or interventions.

I feel it is dependent upon the challenge. If any individual goes into essential surgical procedure and indicators a DNR, I do not feel it is identical to suicide in any respect. If any individual indicators a sort that claims in the event that they cross right into a coma and so they desire to be taken off of existence help after every week I do not feel it is suicide both. But there's a line. If a individual loses a limb in some way and is bleeding to demise however refuses clinical therapy on the grounds that they could as a substitute die than are living with out that limb...sure that's suicide.
