Why don't you contact a local German Shepherd Rescue Group? Sometimes they will have white GSDs. We had many puppies about a year ago and were able to place them with families.

I do not know of a site to buy a white german shepherd but please do your research before buying this dog and be prepared for the outcome of having a white shepherd. For one the white color is not recognized by akc and is not an acceptable color because it is a color mutation. Which means it produces dogs that have health problems more so than a regular shepherd. The can be deaf, blind, aggressive, more prone to bone and joint issues, cancer, heart problems, ect. White shepherds tend to have more of a dominant tendancy and can become aggressive very easily they need lots of training and from a very early age. Be prepared to spend a lot of time with the dog and to spend a lot of money in vet bills.
