Here I go again, I do believe that Mexico is trying to colonizing us one illegal at a time. Why do you think we have over 50 Mexican Consulars in almost all the states, 10 both in California and Texas alone. Why would the Mexican government care more the illegals rights here in the states one hand and have little or no regard for those in Mexico. They are exporting their poverty so that we will education their children and care for their needs here so they will not have to do it there. You can say many things about the Mexican elite, but not enriching themselves at the expense of the common people is not one

Emilio G Mexico has the biggest hypocrites you’ll ever meet:
The only “injustice” there is in this situation is that Mexico has put its citizens up for adoption to the highest bidder. Rather than working to improve the economy of Mexico so the citizens can work and thrive in their homeland, Mexican officials are quick to sit on their sorry butts and whine that the United States is unjust to foreign felons.
Try sneaking into Mexico and pulling off half of the crimes Ms. Arellano committed here. How far do you think you would get? About as far as the nearest jail would be my guess. As a matter of fact, Ms. Arellano should drop to her knees and thank God that she isn’t serving time for her crimes and was merely sent home.
But rather than being punished for her crimes, Elvira Arellano is being treated like a queen in Mexico, which is just one more blatant sign of how corrupt Mexico, and its government, has become. When you put criminals on a national pedestal, something is terribly wrong with your government. Mexico needs to take a good, hard look at Mexico, rather than criticizing the United States.

Zazue is asking for International treaties to be respected.
As quoted by the Washington Post ( I suggest next time you keep reading the complete news report and not stop just at the place where you can create controversy and unnecessary hate between two neighbors) He accused the United States of violating international deportation accords by denying her access to the Mexican Consulate in Los Angeles.
So firm action from the Mexican authorities consists on the office of foreign relations in Mexico to ask the US to respect international treaties.
So in short the Mexican senator, as most of the world, believes that the US should respect International treaties, and that Mexico should complain when they dont.
No violence is mentioned anywhere by the senator, you are the only one including that element as part of this controversy.

Hi I'm a polish immigrant my status is legal. There is never too late to fight for this country!!!! The numbers of illegal alliens are straining our health care system. Education ,crime, and poverty are also often adversely affected by illegal immigrants. I'm tired of hearing that illegals have more rights and get more help than American citizens, and as a legal immigrant that pay taxes every year speak about illegals I'm considered to be a racist at work. So, my answer would to build a website write a propositon regurding signatures which I can get signatures and if that work apply for a grant might sound creazy but might work. There is a lot of people that feel that way we need to stick together like them. Action speak louder than words.

Sounds like the SF city council declaring the Iraq war illegal: An impotent symbolic declaration. What are they going to do, refuse to take her back?

That's interesting. And I'm not saying it's a good thing.
But I don't know how that would be another step "in Mexico's plan to take portions of the US as Mexican territories."
I don't think they can.
"indeed"-- No, not La Raza. Maybe MeCha.

Who cares what Mexico thinks about our immigration policy? If any of our leaders spend one minute listening we know we are in deep trouble.

the illegal mexicans come here and work sending their money home to mexico.
that is better than tourist dollars.
so, naturally they would want their citizens here working!!!!
our government had best heed the call of the citizens here before they agree to such foolishness from mexico.

The sad thing is we are even discussing what mexico thinks of the enforcement of our laws. If they don't like it we must be doing the right thing!
