The rule with fish is to keep it simple and cook it quick - so a medium fire and simple seasoning (lemon pepper, fish seasoning, Italian dressing, etc) then when you grill cook each side for 2-3 minutes (watch to see meat doesn't burn) the average fillet will be done in under 7min and it is better to eat fish rare to medium for best flavor. Good Luck!

I would suggest cooking them on aluminum foil on the grill. Depends on what kind of fish with what seasonings to use, but lemon juice, pepper, and garlic should be good with most.

I would highly suggest just broiling the fish int he oven - much easier! That takes about 10 min if the fish is a thin fillet.

Not knowing what kind of fish it is , I would just make fillet of sole type of fish in a non-stick frying pan. Dip fillets in flour then in beaten egg then in breadcrumbs.
Fry in a little margarine or melted butter or olive oil in medium hot pan, salt and pepper fish while frying, turn over when golden and fry on other side.
Drain on paper towel. remove to dish for serving.

if the fish is fillet it is better to marinate with lemon/calamansi and garlic then seasoned it with salt n pepper...grill them five minutes on both sides ........

if you have to grill whole fish....you can put inside the fish chopped onions and tomatoes
