Triple-Decker Deluxe.

There seems to be something about the term Triple-Decker that seems to imply large and many people can visualize it.

Or... Triple-Decker Coronary Deluxe...
lol it even makes a triple bypass sound good.

Hmmm... How about Triple Bypass Burger.

Totally, a lot of people like to order things that sound dangerous instead of boring and simple. I would call it something like the tripe MI, the triple heart attack, or even more quirky but less likely to catch on, can you say cornary bypass.
I can just picture someone stepping up and saying give me one of those Can You Say Cornary Bypasses with a large coke and an order of fries! Lol

Not a good idea. You would be scaring away the very people you would want to buy them.
