There are quite a few sites for Slurpees. The following are some of them:
http://www.recipezaar.com/97773 (cherry) and http://www.recipezaar.com/127505 (watermelon) and http://www.cooksrecipes.com/beverage/slurpee_recipe.html
As for Coolatta, www.topsecretrecipes.com has a coffee Coolatta recipe as does http://cocktail.cooker.com/Drinks/DrinkRecipes.asp?DrinkID=1982 - though I haven't found Lemonade Coolatta.

7 ELEVEN CHERRY SLURPEE
by Todd Wilbur
2 cups cold club soda
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teasppon, plus 1/8 teaspoon cherry flavored unsweetened Kool-Aid mix
1/2 teaspoon cherry extract
2 1/2 cups crushed ice
Our 1 cup of club soda into a blender. Add the sugar, Kool-Aid mix, and cherry extract. Blend this until all of the sugar is dissolved.
Add the crushed ice and blend on high speed until the drink is a slushy, smooth consistency, with no remaining chunks of ice.
Add the remaining club solda and blend briefly until mixed. You may have to stop the blender and use a long spoon to stir up the contents.
If necessary, put the blender in your freezer for 1/2 hour. This will help thicken it up. After 1/2 hour remove blender from the freezer and, again blend briefly to mix.
Makes 2 16-ounce servings.
The only coolatta recipe I found was for the Dunkin Donuts Coffee Coolatta by Todd Wilbur
1 1/4 cup stong coffee, cold
1 cup milk
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoon Hershey chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon Tonani hazelnut syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 1/2 cups ice
Brew stong coffee by using twice the amount of grounds required by your coffee maker. Chill the coffe in your refrigerator until it's cold.
Combine cold coffee, milk, sugar, chocolate syrup, hazelnut syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract in a blender and blend for 1 minute on low to dissolve sugar.
Add ice, and blend on high until ice is crushed and drink is smooth. Pour into 2 12-ounce glasses, and serve with straws.
Makes 2 12-ounce servings.
