Well just wait, and don't move her, help her stay calm...I'm surprised that they aren't there already because it takes a little bit to call 911, get on the computer, and ask a question. I'm sorry, but this question cracks me up where's your cankle at, and how do you break your forehead? Have you had too much to drink??

Umm, yeah, snapped her cankle? Broke her forehead? How much have you had to drink today? But if she really did fall down the stairs, DO NOT MOVE HER, and wait with her until the paramedics come.

Get any meds she takes off the shelf and into a bag to send to the hospital. Get her purse too with her wallet in it. Leave her alone as the parmedics should be the ones to move her. IF she has any allergies etc give them this info.

Take her cankle and try to turn it all the way around, 360 degrees. If she screams or the bones poke through the skin then it may be broken, the paramedics will put it together again.
