Mexico for those following the legal path.

This is outrageous. If passed, these illegals would be put in front of those that are waiting to immigrate legally. Should we all call to get this bill halted? Rewarding an illegal felon? Didn't I say this issue was not dead because she was deported? Bills HR 1557 and H.R.2182 Title HAVE NOT BEEN STOPPED!!

US_Justice_101 - - There are two names on the list that are not hispanic sounding: Stanislaw Rychtarczyk, Slobodan Radanovich. Polish? Russian? Those that have sponsored the bill are prominent politicians with a lot of clout in Chicago. Luis Gutierrez is hispanic Bobby Rush is African American, and Dick Durbin is white.

It will never pass, Arellano is a convicted felon on multiple counts, and demonstrated her inability to become a law abiding resident of the United States when she became a fugitive from justice for a year.

The United States might as well open up all the prisons and jails and let every single convict out. If a bill like this passed it would set precident for every convicted criminal in jail to file a lawsuit and demand to be released and pardoned of all crime, and if not, then they can claim prejudicice against them based on nationality or ethnicity, and file a class action lawsuit against the United States government and against every senator who wrote and voted to pass this bill, and against the President if he signs it.

This bill is desperate act by people who know they have lost and refuse to move on.

edit: Do you see how racist this bill is? There is not one name on that bill, demanding pardon for crimes committed, which is not hispanic. There have been non-hispanic illegal aliens deported this past year, yet this bill names none of them to be pardoned. Why? Because U.S. Rep. Guitierrez is a racist, the people who support and back this bill are racist, the Representatives who will vote to pass this bill are racists.
The racist agenda of this bill is enough reason for it to be stricken down, and shame on the writers of it, shame on the backers of it, shame on the supporters of it - racists all.

I am starting to believe that our immigration laws are dead because people are still talking about being compassionate with illegal aliens like Elvira Arellano. That is really frustrating.

We must join together to vote all these traitors out of office. Call and fax till they get the idea that no path for illegals is acceptable.
