Hey if my neighbour named their dogs Jack and Jill and I could hear them calling the pair all the time.. I would find it very very hard not to yell out something ! :)

I do, and DP if they did that wouldn't that be hysterical!!
Or better yet - what if they yell Jack and Jill and the neighbors responded with "they are out fetching a pail of water".
I think it's great!

I am very partial to the "matching" pet names. I had Sunny and Shadow and now have Angus and Malcolm (AC/DC fans know). I totally agree with Jill!
