watching a sunset over the ocean, every one is unique.
but there is a place at the top of our mountain, that over look a valley, and on the other side of that valley, is the most beautiful mountain range, in the early morning, the valley is a sea of fog that eases up into that mountain range, and as the fog disapates the green of the mountains, comes into view, and at the very top of that mountain, is a covering of snow. with a clear blue sky as a back drop.

The sound of nature, whether it's the leaves rustling in the wind, or birds chirping, a mixture of sedating white noise is very pleasant and close to a spiritual experience for me.
Man made: I love to hear music, some music can be so soothing and heart-warming. Usually this music is without words, just instrumental.

I will say the wind. In John3:8 it says, “The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” What a beautiful statement! John uses a force of nature – the wind – to illustrate the spiritual freedom and consciousness of the individual who is rich in Spirit.

That sunset is such a tiny part of it all, just imagine if you could actually see the whole picture, now that would be something to truly be in "AWE" about. I don't think our human mind is capable of seeing more than a fragment of the picture. We can only dream and imagine what the picture looks like, that's OK with me though, it gives me something to look forward to.

All of it. A tree in the dead of winter covered in snow, or freshly budded in spring, to the dark green it has in winter, or the bright colors of fall. There are so many fantastic things in nature that I can only name the things that do "not" move me. Particularly, my phobias. Maggots and leaches.

The sound of mild wind blowing through the trees leaves, singing of birds, seeing a cute squirrel chasing a crow on the grass.

For me, it is walking through the "Garden of the Gods" in Colorado Springs Colorado.
I do get a lot from looking at and climbing Pike's Peak too, but every time I visit GoG, I cry out of sheer awe.

The way a hawks shadow crosses the ground, the soft musical sound of a tiny waterfall, the smell of lilac and honeysuckle, the delicate perfection of a flower, the beauty and majesty of a glacier.......shall I go on? ; )

When I was 17, I went hot air ballooning over the Colorado Rockies. To soar above these majestic mountains remains, twenty-six years later, one of my most spiritual experiences.
