Currently I've been tracking my weight and I've noticed that for instance in the morning before i take a shower i weigh like 166 and then like later in the day such as after school I'll weigh like 162 or 160. Is it normal for my weight to do that? And if not what could it be? I am currently 15 1/2 years old and i have a healthy diet, at least i think so. Ask any questions of information you'd like to know to help me out. Thanks!

And I'm not losing weight at a constance pace, like its not all down hill, its just different every time, like the next day it would be like 165 then later in the day be 157 or something. And then the day after that it will be back up at 167 or something.

Yes i use the same scale each time. I just tried moving the scale around in different space it seems my weight is 154.0 lbs right now, same thing in every spot. It usually differs between morning and night.

And I'm in cross country right now and we seem to run about 4-6 miles a day, Monday through Saturday. And i have vegetables and fruit for lunch everyday along with a wheat sandwich and a hansens drink. And when i get school lunch i usually get their low fat pizza with 1% fat milk and a salad and a fruit cup.

I did a stretch of months when I weighed myself every day, in fact twice a day morning and evening. My answer to you is yes. I can often find the final weight by the end of the day to match previous ones but in general I go around in a cycle of up and down by a few pounds. Now I have a more relaxed attitude about the numbers and do not sweat those differences.

If I eat a big meal, get constipated, or drink extra fluids during the day my pattern is to go up. If I don't I will drop continuously during the day and weigh less by nighttime.

You can not take those numbers seriously. If you have a healthy diet you will be in a tight cycle of up and down but always end up near the same number. If you overeat you will trend upward and you will realize that pretty quickly so you can counteract it.

Yes. You can tell nothing by weighing yourself that often. You consume and evacuate food and liquid all throughout the day and night. Weight flucuations are only one factor in a persons overall health.
Dont put too much weight on how much you weigh. No pun intended.
To be healthy, eat small frequent well balanced meals.
Drink 64 oz of water a day. ( 8 x 8 oz glasses = 64 ounces )
And get plenty of excercise. Do not become lazy sitting in front of the computer. Get outside and move.
Remain a social and active person all throughout your life and you will have very few health issues.

Yes, it is normal for your weight to fluctuate throughout the day. Frequently the difference is as simple as gaining or losing water. Four or six lbs seems like a big difference, though. Are you weighing on the same scales each time? Different scales will weigh differently.

weigh yourself at the same time every day and that will give you your average~preferably in the morning before you eat
