Sorry I didn't see your question earlier.

If you're referring to what I in the US call Jello or gelatin, then the way we've always done it is to dip the outside of the mould into hot water to slightly melt the contents. It doesn't take long - less than 5 seconds - then wipe the outside and flip the container over onto your serving plate. Holding the bottom of the plate and the top of the mould with both hands, give it a quick shake and it should come right out. If not, dip it just a touch longer (maybe hotter water) and try again.

I would spray the container that holds the mold with Pam and when all finished try setting the pan into warm water to unmold without breaking it.

Spray it with PAM cooking spray or lighly coat the mold with vegetable oil.
