Yes I do, however, it would be extremely dangerous health wise. It would it be difficult to do and I think a much simpler solution would to be to eat just the following for a week. Six (6) ounces of protein, Six (6) grain products, Three (3) dairy products, Four (4) fruits and 4 vegetables a day. You can also throw in one serving of dessert. Now having said that, if it seems to hard to do, realize that we are probably taking you from 3000 calories a day to 1600 calories a day. Check back with me from time to time during the week and let know how it is going. I'm here to help.

You didn't get "really fat" in one week, so don't expect to lose it in that amount of time. Your diet plan is doomed to fail and is an unrealistic long term solution. A better plan is to not even go on a diet. Instead, change your lifestyle. The only way to lose weight is through negative caloric intake. That is, burn up more calories than you take in. Eat healthy and exercise.
It will take more than a week, but the improvement will not only last a lifetime but improve your quality of life.
