It would be best to start by thinking of things you're actually interested in, then seeing if those interests are shared by other students, and how you can enjoy them together. Then putting the idea in club form.
Like at my school, we have a group for writers and illustrators where we meet and share work, discuss issues unique to our interest, and give each other info about upcoming events and programs.
Another group was started because of some tragedies last year, called Teen Grief, but I'm not sure what their activities are.
We also have a philosophy club, that meets to discuss and debate current events and trends. And a History club, which organizes monthly "lectures" of sorts on interesting topics, like the history of halloween.

Is there something you ought to do with animals? which includes volunteer on the humane society- or some type of club that educates people on animal welfare- i.e. dogs struggling with isn't a stable situation- via fact it type of feels to be well-known with inner city young ones- instruct those young ones that the lives of an animal are properly worth something/ IDK- something like that- this is all i will think of of.
