surely; he is mentioned in the "hall of faith", in Hebrews 11:
"And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:" - Hebrews 11:32.

YES, and all the three answers before me were GREAT answers.
Also consider King David, and his relation with Bath-Sheba.
How horrid, it included David causing the death of her husband.
YET!!!!!!!!! Both David and Bath-Sheba were SO repentant that God forgave them and allowed them to be the parents of the GREAT KING SOLOMON!!!!!!
Then there was another King called Manasseh, I don't know were to start at the BAD level, But, because that King was sorry to his heart string, God forgave him also.
YES Samson was LOVED and FORGIVEN for the misjudgment made in his marriage!

What was Sampsons failure? Love and trust in another? That is not a 'sin' that needs forgiving, alothough he did suffer unpleasant consequences on earth for his choices.

Yes. This can be seen in that God restored Samson's gift of strength from Him.
