No I take her park 2 hours every day running non stop, Im going to get her spade soon so hopefully she will calm down. She needs to run otherwise she gets destructive and metal work does not solve it. Theres nothing I can really do and the hip dysplasia must be bad at the rate shes going :(

I hope you are not saying you only take her to the park once a month, but that is what it looks like.
she should have at least 2 half hour walks a day. she also needs some mental stimulation - a job to do - things to challange her

The spay will most likely take some of the energy from her but be sure to cut her food back - usually by half or more or she will gain weight. However, she will still be an active dog. Is she from working lines, perhaps? High energy is a big plus for these lines and is bred in but this makes their use as pets difficult. The high exercise that is not based on walking that she is getting is the right approach but may not be enough for such a fine athlete. If she is younger then two, that is also a factor. If she is destructive only if you leave her behind, she may have separation anxiety and will need a veterinary behaviorlist to give you ways of calming her down. Sometimes it requires drugs.
It's really hard to say without actually seeing her in action.

That's normal behavior for a working breed like the German Shepherd. Your dog will probably have this kind of energy and need for activity for at least another 5 or 6 years. There's no way around it. It's what they're bred to do.

You are a BAD owner, very unresponsible, You should never take a dog out running for 2 hours a day while their bones and muscles are still forming, SHAME on you, your dog is way too young for this much activity at once. You should go to a raw or barf diet, then enroll in Schutzhund training and teach the GSD something. Good luck

2 hours non stop running for a 1 year old GSD is way too much, their bones are still growing and you could do them a lot of harm, she should be going out for 2-3 30 minute walks each day, I have a 14 month old GSD and she goes out at 5.30 for 30 mins and she doesn't go out again until 2pm for another 30 mins, some on lead and some off, your dog won't be fully mature/grown until she is 18mths-2years old, what do you feed her? sometimes food plays a role in how hyper a dog becomes, talk to your vet ask his advice regarding feeding her. But please stop all this excercise, it is too much.

German Shepherds mature slowly, they aren't adults until they are two years old. Be careful not to inflict psychological damage on a puppy that appears fully grown( now, who ever heard of a 90 lb. puppy?) . Believe me, they aren't full grown yet. You can teach her catch with a tennis ball.

In any given situation, focus on what you do want your dog to do instead of on whatever he’s doing wrong. Learn how to train your dog https://tr.im/Oy0xT
For example, suppose that on many evenings, your young dog gets busy looking for trouble just as you’re digesting your dinner. He grabs a boot from the mat by the front door and gallops through the house with it. You yell at him and take it away. He grabs its mate. You yell and take it away. He heads for the kitchen and starts checking out the counters in case something tasty’s been left behind. You chase him away. And on and on, until you’ve lost your temper and torn out clumps of hair you can ill afford to lose.

alot depends on the food you are feeding her. She should be on a good adult diet by now..none of that puppy/junior crap. It may be that she needs more mental stimulation...try playing games with her while your out...practice obedience and maybe take her to an agility class now she is old enough. All these should help to calm her down.
I wish you luck

Too much protein going in so...Change her diet! Go to a CHICKEN based COMPLETE good quality food and feed that only. Something about 22%. protein. NOTHING ELSE!
She will calm down in a few weeks and stop being destructive. Keep up your exercise routine too!
