If you care about her, then talk to her about it. If you can't talk to her, then you shouldn't be with her. She should care about how you are feeling and be understanding.
That said, you are only 15. Give yourself time to understand what you are feeling and what happened. And make sure that you use protection every single time. If sex freaks you out just imagine how being a dad at 16 will feel!

Having sex for the first time can be a very emotional and confusing experience. The best thing for you to do is to talk to your girlfriend openly about your feelings. If you are not comfortable, then you may not be ready for this part of your life. There's nothing wrong with how you're feeling. Many people feel the very same way. Your girlfriend may feel the same way and she may not want to upset you by letting you know. No matter what, if you're honest with your girlfriend, and the relationship is a good and strong one, this will do nothing but bring you closer together. It will be a form of intimacy that can be even greater than sex because it's from the heart. You should open up to your girlfriend about your feelings. There may come a time in the future when you do feel ready. The important thing is to protect yourself from having ANY negative feelings about sex. Sex is supposed to be a beautiful and wonderful thing. You should make sure that when you are taking part in this beautiful experience that you are ready and there are no negative feelings holding you back. It could affect the way you feel about sex in the future (I would say for the rest of your life but that's not true...you will have many different feelings about sex throughout life...don't worry...this is just the beginning and completely normal.) No matter what, please always use protection...this is so incredibly important, more than you may realize at age 15, but TRUST me. The only time you should not use a condom is with your wife when you're ready to have children...unless she is using birth control and you are positive that it is a monogomous relationship. I hope this helped. Don't worry...everything will be Ok...you have your entire life ahead of you and you will most likely be in love many more wonderful, amazing times. Keep your sex life positive, always.

You sound confused, thats all my man. Now, however, you are at the proverbial crossroads. How you treat sex now will define how you treat it in the future. Is sex for ones you love? Any attractive woman? Whoever? Decide now, kiddo, and when you do, feel all that guilt slip away.
Finally, talk to her about it! she prolly feels the same, and would appreciate it.
And if you're gonna bag 'er, sheathe yer dagger. YOU know what i mean.

trying to be a father by 16 are you now... you need to stop this, nothing and I do mean nothing is 100 percent when it comes to protection and it only takes 1 time to get a girl pregnant, your way to young to mess up your life with getting a girl pregnant. tell your girlfriend no before it ends up being to late and she ends up pregnant...

You probably feel guitly because you are both so young and it was your first time. Maybe you feel like you should wait for marriage and it wasent the right time or thing to do yet. Just talk to her and tell her how you really feel. Learn to be honest about your feelings , not many men are.

Do NOT let ANYONE ever make you feel pressured to do something you don't want to. If someone is going to set an ultimatum on you, then walk away. If she loves you, as much as you love her, then she will respect your wishes and abide by them - whether she agrees with you or not.

Just enjoy it while u can...
Since is she ask u to do it and not u asking it, so just do it...
Remember use condom when doing it so u can protect her from getting baby since u two still too young...
Use condom if u really wish to do sex...
Safe sex is ok, so enjoy it...
