Hi Hun. Anytime you have the braces adjusted they will hurt and be sore for a few days. This gets better with time. I've beenin dentistry for over 25 years and moving teeth is still achy and painful for some. Take an OTC pain relief and in a day or so it will lighten up. Please think about how great you will look and the million dollar smile you will have when it is all over. This is worth it, I promise. M

your teeth will hurt ande they will be sensitive for a few days and i may be quite hard to bite down on things with your front teeth but the pain will go away quickly and i tried to take pain relievers but honestly they don't work that well on your mouth so my advice even though you may not want to hear it is that you just have to deal with the pain. i hope i could help.

Take whatever pain reliever you usually take. Tylenol, advil, Aleve etc. and eat cold foods and drink ice water. The cold usually numbs the pain.

all you can really do is take some medicine, tylenol always worked for me, and if you can't swallow, cause of the pain and all that stuff in your mouth (thats how I was) get it in liquid form, it was much easier!Hope I helped!!!!!!!! P.S Milkshakes are always good!
