The way you have it already is in military time. The civilian equivalent for it would be 8:18 PM and 36 seconds.

the regular time for this is 8:18:36
military time is 24hrs system so you change that to 24hrs and its
2018 (called twenty eighteen) -I don't know about the seconds!

subtract 2 from the time...ex 21-2=19 which equal 9 o clock.....20-2=18 equals eight o clock.......13-2=1 equals 11o clock and so on
