Cocoa butter. It softens skin and helps fade marks. Tone soap, Palmer's Cocoa Butter soap are great products that contain cocoa butter, moisturize skin and fade marks.
Any product with 2% hydroquinone is good as well. Hydroquinone is a bleaching agent used in skin creams. It shouldn't be used for more than 8 weeks. If you don't see a difference, discontinue its use.
A dermatologist can also recommend Retina-A, a form of Vitamin A that helps speed skin cell turnover, therefore reducing scars and revealing clearer skin. You can find products with this ingredient in regular stores, but the dermatologist's prescription is stronger and more effective.

Vitamin e or any fade cream will do. "E" works best for older scars, the fade cream works fastest for smaller areas
