My favorite is EatingWell.com. The reason I like this one is because of the variety of recipes and the fact that they give you a breakdown on the nutrition and the calories. Since you are looking for simpler but great recipes they have a section called “Healthy in a Hurry”. As a single woman there is also a section I use called “Serves Two”, I can come up with a great menu for a Home Cooked Dinner Date. The website is also easily surfed for the computer challenged.
