I had a Dream that i was kinda peeling my own skull off. In the dream it felt like peeling off paint from the steam pipe (kinda like hard but easy to peel). I didn't hurt but i was so scared cause on my dream i knew that it wasn't normal; Still, i couldnt stop. Please if someone knows about dreams interpretation help me out cause i'm driving myself insane?

Apparently you have been having thoughts, feelings, and ideas that are disturbing and downright wrong. Your subconcious is trying to 'erase' or get rid of them by peeling off the icky stuff to get to what is clean and good underneath. That you kept on going meant you had a lot more junk in your brain than you realized, and that was why you became afraid. You discovered that your subconcious realized you don't have a lot of substantial stuff in your head.
Since nightmares are the brain's subconcious and conscience ways of trying to send warnings to the concious, you might want to pay attention to this. One thing you can do is literally go through your life and find the good things you have done. Then focus on finding out how to do more good things in your future. Maybe you had a past interest that you tried for a week and gave up - maybe now is the time to pick it back up and try it with more commitment. Make an effort to put in at least 10 minutes a day towards a goal, like exercising or learning to ride a horse or learning a foreign language or learning to play the guitar.
By putting things of value in your life, you fill your brain up with substantial info that will help you more than you realize (but your subconcious will!)
Good luck.

This is what your dream means: Your skull represents the defense for your "mind". By peeling off your skull there are somethings which you are doing "foolishly" in your life with your own hand, which is exposing your own mind to danger. It could be doing drugs or exposing yourself a different way of thinking. But overall, it's bad.

Your body is trying to give you a message.

These type of dreams can be disturbing but it's just your heart trying to tell your mind that your body and head is not in sync.

You know the right answers and you feel it with your heart and your whole body but you still follow your head because your head makes logic sense.

Don't be afraid to follow your heart.

If you find the right answer, you'll feel it.

you have simply got to relax....if you keeep thinking that it means something then you will probably make a corrolation between something that happens in your life and the dream but it won't be real or true......if you try to focus on other things you will eventually let yourself forget about it which is the best thing to do instead of making yourself extremely stressed out

o, come on people! maybe you are weird and sick ,but not nessacarily. any tiny little thing could have triggered the dream. Scary dreams suck and are really freaky but you have to learn to just let them go , gradually forget about them, and try to realx and shrug them off somehow.
