Intriguing that the publisher would find sermons given by a Rev. F. E. Pitts of Nashville, Tennessee to a joint session of Congress in 1857 (four years before the Civil War) where he states all of the above. It's scary that the publisher is trying to use it as a historical reference and apply the sermons to the United States today. I seriously doubt that many Americans take this drivel as the truth.

The last days doctrine such as this is an interpretation, there are thousands of people who think they have the answers, are they all right or all wrong? Jesus wants us to love others and God. Everything else is destroyed by religious rules. America is no more Zion than I'm Brad Pitt.

Religious nutters basically. I know there are a lot of intellectually retarded pepole in the bible belt in the USA who believe all sorts of rubbish like creationism etc.
Considering the Israelites were Semites, and the founding fathers were British, i cant see how the passage you mention makes any sense....well not to anyone with a brain, to trailer park rednecks, hillbillys and grass chewing hicks maybe!
Mind you, most Americans probably dont believe such crap anyway, only a minority....i hope!

At least this American right here dont believe in that crap, and I could safely say that 99% of us here regardless of religion dont either, is just that one 1% that is just .....(sighs in frustration) out there.
Secondly, contrary to what many people around the world believe, (and please feel free to spread this around ) the United States is a SECULAR country, thankfully religion is still separated from government, whatever this BS about Israel and the promised land is just a bunch of baloney to any sane person. Again sorry to disappoint you, yes there is sane people remaining in US soil.

America has no role in Prophecy. God has STOPPED the prophetic clock and isnt IN the prophetic program today. Most professing believers arent even aware of this because they dont STUDY their Bibles nor do they believe what is written there, but cling to their "denominational party line", whatever that may be.
God is in the program of "the preaching of Jesus Christ according to the REVELATION OF THE MYSTERY.." Rom. 16:25 today, and we arent IN the LAST DAYS at all.
When the prophetic clock again resumes ticking (AFTER we who are the church the Body of Christ are RAPTURED) then THEY (those who remain) will be in the LAST DAYS.

Ooooh boy; There was the Tribe of Judah, and the Tribe of Benjamin joined them to become one tribe. Then there was the tribe of levi. Now the Tribe of Judah is the King line, (you would notice the lion of Judah on the side of Princess Di's caskett) and the Tribe of Levi was the Priest line. Christ came thru both the Tribe of Judah and the Tribe of Levi, making him King and High Priest.
Now, there were also ten other tribes. These migrated North over the Caucus Mountains, being called "caucasions". They settled Europe, and eventually this USA and Canada, and basically make up those nations along with the other free Christian Nations of today.
When Scripture speaks of Judah or Jerusalem, meaning the Country we know of as Israel, then the writing will be directed to Judah or Jerusalem. But if the writing is directed to "the children of Israel", or "Jacob", or "Ephraim", it is speaking to those ten tribes who migrated - "Ephriam" is often used for all ten tribes because it was the largest of them all.
WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL.
Thats not speaking to the Country called by that name, its speaking directly to us.
God said that those ten tribes would migrate, be scattered, and become more numerous than the sand of the sea or the stars in the sky, and they indeed are.
Unfortunately, they lost their identity and have no idea who they are, as is witnessed by your own post, but God hasn't lost them, he knows exactly where they are, and so
do Christians who actually are disiplined students of Gods Word.
Do you think its because we are soooo smart that we became the strongest Country in the World in under 200 little tiny years? Do you think that was coincidence?
We are so blessed in this Nation, that our farmers are paid NOT to grow crops. Our
breadbasket overflows - we could feed the World twice over daily with what we produce in this Nation. God knows where his children are, just like you know where your children are.
No, dear, its far from "nonsense".

Please read that book and then state your scriptural proof. Im a bible student and i read and meditate and have read about the spiritual "israel". In my years of reading i've never as to once jumped to the conclusion that God almighty will choose an earthly government to represent him. If anything he will establish his own government under the rule or Christ and will do away will all earthly governments. Please read the Lord's Prayer. Its quite clear. (Mat 6:9-11)

Nearly all of them don't. What you are describing sounds like the backbone of the beliefs of the 'Christian Identity' movement, basically a bunch of nutters. Eric Robert Rudolph who bombed the Olympics was associated with them but has denied it. I'm British and there was a similar movement in my country called 'British Israel'.

No, they don't. There are a handful of idiots in every country. These people apparently never heard of the treaty of Tripoli, and appear to be confused about the writings of the founders. None of them wrote sermons.
