I have some things in collections and I can't seem to find out where they are. I have no clue to where I need to start to clear up my bad credit. The collection agencies have not sent me anything but there are some bills that I need to pay off that had went to collections.

order a copy of your credit report from the 3 main bureaus. (equifax, trans union & experian) you can do this online by going to their website. anty derogatory information should be reported on your credit report w/ a phone number and address for contacting the reporting company.

Get a copy of your credit report and see what shows up as delinquent. That should give you a place to start.

go to www.myfico.com and pull your credit reports. Start disputing them and soon you will get letters in the mail with further information.
