Will rubber bands pull out your hair if you keep them in too Long??

well rubber bands are just not the best for hair, no matter if you've had them in a long time or just put them on. they will indeed pull out your hair. try coated holders, like in the hair accessories section of Wal-Mart.

if theyre too tight then yes. but its pretty much unavodiable=/
