I consider myself an Independent, but registered as a Republican (So that I can vote for Ron Paul)!!!
Here is the order I'd like to see...
(1) A
(2) D
(3) C
(4) E
(5) F
(6) B
Comment:...
If all these things are done... These criminals will "self" deport. By the way... "G" should never be an option!!!

If corporations want illegals working for them then immigration laws need to be more flexible to allow immigrant to come in for work but this will encourage more illegal immigration unless you put tougher punishments on employers for hiring illegals, which by the way is a CRIME TOO. Also people who have been here for quite some time and have no criminal record should get an amnesty but they most pay fines...

A - with increased border patrol
E - along with laws that keep illegals from getting driver's licenses and social services. Stepped up ICE raids and police forwarding info to aid further deportations.
C - held in reserve if things don't improve.
If more labor is needed then we issue more visas to those who apply, and pay them at least minimum wage or better yet a set wage that is comparable to what Americans get for the same type of job. Perhaps give Mexico and Canada the guest worker visas exclusively in exchange for their cooperation.

C - end this, so no more anchors.
F - if you and your children are going to live here, you might as well learn the native language; it works that way in other countries (I've lived overseas before)
G - I don't mind letting undocumented workers in who are just looking for better wages...but I *insist* upon taxing them just like the rest of us are taxed. Give them an id number and don't let them be paid in cash. That will 1) put money back into the system and 2) make some employers accountable for what they pay their workers
Independent...but I really lean towards Libertarian

First stop them from working and at the same time build the fence. Then mark each one that is caught with an R.F.ID. tag so if they cross the border again we know right away where they are so they can be given a 12 month jail term in the crappiest jails possible. Then we send them back.(mostly to Mexico)

only G. Actually no, use an Ellis island style check for disease and criminal record, but no cap on immigration. that would result in all of virtually no illegal immigration.
By the way, C would involve amending the Constitution. in fact, amendment 14, which is a cornerstone of civil rights involves that passage.
The thing with the others is that they either would not work or are already in place. for example, did you know that illegal immigrants put about 10 times as much into the system as they take out? They can't et social security legally, did you know that? yeah, they have no SS#.
the only other one of those I would implement would be E. Businesses are currently largely unregulated. (a cornerstone of republican policy I might add) and they add to the problem a good bit.
The biggest issue though is economics. If you can make about 4 times what you're making in your home by working below minimum wage illegally in another country, would you do it? If no, what if that country had much better sanitation and that by breaking the law you would be giving your family a chance to live?
Looks a little different, doesn't it?

Democrat. YOu don't have the option that I want though. It is a process to legalization for people that have been here over x years and committed no crimes while here.
Your letter B could prove fatal- literally. If an undocumented person were to witness a crime, or be the victim of a crime, they need to be able to express themselves in their language. WHen you are upset, you revert back to your natural language. There are many governmental forms where they NEED to be able to understand what they are reading, in order for it to stand up in court. IF a person with limited language abilities signed something in English, they have the right to later plea that they didn't fully understand what they were writing.

I dont know if i would agree with any of those.. i know there DEFINETLY needs to be something done. My parents came from Mexico and they strived to work hard, get their citizenship and what not. I hate seeing immigrant workers posted outside of Home-Depots, drving illegaly and getting into car accidents uninsured. ITS REDICULOUS! I think the process needs to be sped up that way people can apply and actually get a response instead of being tired of a long wait and jumping the border. I'm mexican and i'm sorry but i hate seeing immigrant workers out on the street posted up asking for work. It's like dude i know times are hard but go to school that should've been the first option. My dad didnt even go to 1st grade. His dad told him to work or go to school and he choose to work so now he's suffering. I think E should definetly be enforced but other than that SOMETHING! needs to be done ASAP

I'll take C to start with.
Then I'd like A, B, E, and most importantly F.
I have no party affiliation due to the amount of DUMBA$$ES on both sides right now. You've stated many easily attainable things the US should put into place as soon as possible.

C;D;E;B;F;A and G is just not on my plate. I prefer to claim no party really but I currently went from Dem. to Rep.
C has to be done first because D will be an issue if not. Those are are very important to me. E businesses need to be slammed hard at the same time C and D are being done. B..they can't really all be in English though unless we plan on providing interpreters to assist every other than English speakers, readers, and writers. F...I want the sudden rush to embrace Spanish in our schools stopped. I don't want only English taught in public schools though. A..I dunno, will it help? and just forget G entirely.
