You must have a high school diploma, or equivalent. Some airlines will take you at 18, some at 19, and the rest at 21.

I got the job upon graduation and while many of my coworkers didn't have a degree, they needed to be a real strong candidate without one. Most had at least 2 years behind them. Many regretted not finishing before starting the job. I was glad that I had the degrees before I interviewed.

Foreign languages are also key. Customer-related work experience is important too. Most of us had a combo of the above, i.e. worked in a restaurant, spoke something and had some decent level of education.

Make sure you have something to fall back on. The airline industry is not very stable!

No college degree required. But the airline will send you to flight school. It's a great way to travel, I would go for it if you love to fly and travel. Yea baby.........

No. But you do need good math and reading skills. There's a lot of material you have to read in your training course and math computations in connection with doing your job. It's not just serving drinks and smiles.
