Please don't write that he doesn't exist, i know he does. Its just that i prayed so hard for something i truly wanted, not out of greed or anything. But he seems to have not answered it, or at least in the way i expecting him too.

I don't know if he meant it to be this way, but im am kind of angry at him. But at the same time, i know that he can sometime answet prayers in strange ways.

I prayed for a better year, because many bad things happened last year. But i feel so lonely right now, it almost hurts. My friends are changing, and i feel like thier abandoning me. I just wanted happiness this year, and i can't seem to find any of it.

Any advice?

I had something exactly like this going on earlier this year! Everything was falling apart I was so depressed I wouldn't even sleep I stay up all night crying and I kept asking God why he was doing this to me and I kept asking for help but things only seemed to turn worst then I started drugs and drinking to stop the pain but it only made things worse I got out of that and my english teacher gave me a verse from I think it was Joshua about how the way we want our lives to go may not be the way God wants it to go so I just put my faith in Him and just made a promise to myself and God that I wouldn't quit on my faith no matter how bad things got! recently things have been getting better wayyyy better and I know it can be hard to believe you'll ever make it out but you will just have faith here's a song that helped me a lot.

Casting Crowns- Praise You in This Storm

I was sure by now
That You would have reached down
And wiped our tears away
Stepped in and saved the day
But once again, I say "Amen", and it's still raining

As the thunder rolls
I barely hear Your whisper through the rain
"I'm with you"
And as Your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise the God who gives
And takes away

I'll praise You in this storm
And I will lift my hands
For You are who You are
No matter where I am
Every tear I've cried
You hold in Your hand
You never left my side
And though my heart is torn
I will praise You in this storm

I remember when
I stumbled in the wind
You heard my cry
You raised me up again
My strength is almost gone
How can I carry on
If I can't find You

As the thunder rolls
I barely hear You whisper through the rain
"I'm with you"
And as Your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise the God who gives
And takes away

I lift my eyes unto the hills
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord
The Maker of Heaven and Earth

Hi, Music = Life. Some of the Old Testament Jews did get mad at God, and he didn't reject them. But since God made us and is continually inviting us into a closer relationship, and because his way makes us happy, if we are getting mad at God, it really doesn't make much sense.

Jesus, the Son of God, sometimes did not have his prayers answered. He was unable to heal people in his own town. And of course, everyone knows that nothing came of his prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane to let the cup of crucifixion pass from him.

God wants us to be happy, to find good friends, and to enjoy the pleasures he made for us. But he also asks us to take up the cross and follow him. In your case, that might mean easing out of old friendships and befriending others who are lonely and hurting.

The Christian god seems to be selective as to who favors are bestowed upon. I feel that some people treat dieties like they are a jin in a bottle that will grant you 3 wishes. Im so sorry about your situation but at this time of your life things seem to be changing, including yourself, and your friends seem to be abandonding you. You need to look within yourself and determine what it is that can make you happy and pursue it in your actions and pursuits. Motivate yourself with the fact that the end product is not as important as the pursuit of this product, as is the tenent of religion.

First, rest in the fact that God is with you. Zephaniah 3:17 says, "The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.” God is always there.
Second, know that God has a plan for your life. A plan that will prosper you and not harm you (Jeremiah 29:11).
Also, remember the main reason God brings struggles into our lives. That is to conform us to the image of Christ. Essentially, to make us more like Him.
Lastly, submit to God's plan for your life and rest on the fact that He will never leave you nor forsake you, as Jesus said in Matthew 28:20. God is powerful enough to sustain you through your hard times. Just remain faithful to Him.

Tell him why you are angry in prayer and ask him for help and understanding of your anger. Maybe in The time period read 1 Corinthians the 13th chapter where it speaks about what love is. If you follow what love is you won't be angry with him!

YOU are angry at GOD?

First of all, fall upon your knees and beg His forgiveness. Then repent.

You want to get God's attention - maybe even get on His
A-list? Then pray the following every day:

"THY WILL BE DONE! NOT MINE!"

Let him know you are angry and don't understand by talking to him. Pray for enlightment, understanding, patience and guidance. Many times the answer is not what we are looking for. The old saying is....be careful what you ask for.

"i know he does"

Curious.. how do you know?

"Any advice?"

Yes. We all have bad days, weeks, months, years.. some even have misery through an entire lifetime (think starving people in poor, war-torn countries. I doubt that the severity of your troubles are as bad as that.). The only thing you can do is put your troubles into their proper perspectives and then take control. Make your life better.

It is in *your* hands.

I would think why I'm I angry at him or I should've been angry at myself in the first place.
