You can find info on ear wax by typing "ear wax" in Google. I had my ears cleaned by a doctor back in March and they just used a small vacuum to suck out all the wax. It would not come out by itself and the over the counter ear cleaning medicines did not work. The cost was $128 for both ears and it was wonderful to be able to hear again. The wax had built up over the years and I had to be real close to a person to hear them speak. Over the phone was just as bad.

I believe the wax is always present in the ear, just don't use a Q-tip to try and get it out. The wax should come out naturally over time. There is a lot of information about this subject on many of the medical wed sites. Just type in "Ear Wax" in Google and you should get plenty of accurate information.
