because they have nothing else to do since any form of art, music, free thought or games or entertainment is a sin.

what's wrong with praying for your eternal soul?
I pray for you every night.....I pray that god will touch the hearts of those that are lost and he would allow me to help lead others to him.
I don't want anyone to burn in eternal torment. And jesus made the way so that we don't have to. Please at least listen to what I have to say.
Hey and about that no hope for atheists thing.....( all things are possible through christ who strengthens me)

Because they think they have to pray for us poor misguided atheists to find Jesus. It's a total waste of time, but it seems to make them happy.

In their religion they believe that it is good to pray for other people, and their happiness.
I am a christian myself, and i pray constantly for my friends and family. If their praying for you, that must mean they care for you; even if there a stranger. In my opinion its being kind, but I'm sure some will disagree.
If you don't believe in it, why does it matter?

So are you saying that to care about you, someone must be a weirdo? Contary to your beliefs, there are people that care about you and your "soul" even if you don't.
