I looking for pre-made store bought dressing.

Lobster salad usually goes well with just peppered or herbed mayo or you can make your own vinaigrette using olive oil, mustard, some champagne (or any light good) vinegar, pomegranate juice seasoned with salt and pepper.

Since you mention you want something store-bought. I suggest Good Seasons' Red Raspberry Vinaigrette or Creamy Ceasar with Parmesan

I ama former chef from Canada and worked on the east coast of the country, similar to the New England area of the US, for me a simple citrus flavour mayo or and combination of ranch dressing, mayo, sour cream and a touch of cayenne for a spark of flavour.

I also add a a bit of fine dice onions, green or white and some celery and a bit of parsley, it can be serve back in the shells or on lettuce or on a nice roll for a lobster roll, toasted and buttered lightly.

Store-bought dressing - Thousand Island. To perk it up, you could add a little cayenne or red pepper to it but not much.
