I have searched all my medical books, checked with the medical sites on line, and even googled it. Nothing comes up. The other transcriptionists on the account I work on have never heard of it either.

What context is the word in? Perhaps you can ask the radiologist himself (if that's standard to do) as the word may not sound so clear on the tape. I wish that I could be of more help.
