Strip all the junk off your bow....sights, quivers, stabilizers, "whisker biscuits" etc etc etc....and then practice, practice, practice.

Practice is the *ONLY* thing that will make you a better archer.

Seems like I am the only one that cannot answer your question at this tine.

1. .What are you wanting to approve?
2. Accuracy?
3. Hunting skills?
4. Type of bow you use is?

I am also an avid archer. Spend several a hours week shooting prior to hunting. And I do shoot year round.

If it is accuracy then practice as often as possible shooting. And from different positions. And range.
Just my thoughts

Shoot a bow the same way you would a rifle.
When you shoot a rifle you take in a breath and exhale ½ and hold your breath, then fire.

Same way with a bow, as you go to full draw inhale.
As you sight exhale ½ and hold your breath and fire.

To breath and shoot makes for erratic shots.

This is one of the most overlooked problems with new archers.

On my bow I keep the sights, whisker biscuits and stabilizers on my bow.

Another thing is to make sure your bow is properly tuned.
I have mine checked at least once a year.

Take it to a bow technician in a bow shop ( not a discount store) and have it checked for tune.
It only cost a few dollars and will help in accuracy.
An out of tune bow shoots poorly.
